                           		What are key improvements of new program 2.5.2 ?


 1/ You can create newly Easyalbums (description below) on current MT1-EVO / version HW2 -> new possibility
   for creation of Photoalbums.

2/ You can use this new version to upgrade ANY Easyphoto - program is compatible even with older terminal MT1 / HW1 !
   (it is not recommended to use new module Easyalbum as it is designed for new hardware with higher memory)
 
TARGET


 		 Program EasyPhoto version 2.5.2 (OS Linux) fits to terminal Easyphoto MT1E EVO (MT1).

Easyphoto is supplied with complex program, which provides all standard photo kiosk functions -  instant print, indexprint, CD/DVD burning, creation of compositions from any memory card / Bluetooth.standard

Basic program of Easyphoto has similair algorithm like program to kiosks.

Unlike DPSkiosk program, operator can switch basic EasyPhoto program into 3 modes, so one can use Easyphoto like standard selfservice Photo Kiosk but simultaneously like photo system for ID / instant / portrait photos and Order Station for Click:
 




 
 

KIOSK mode
Program supplied with Easyphoto (in price) offers all standard services (icons - Compositions, Prints, Burn a DVD/CD, generally activated
are all buttons in upper line), furthemore there is language selection button and price list button on the bottom toolbar,  so any foreign tourists can work with Easyphoto like with standard selfservice kiosk.
Menu of  EASYPHOTO can be switch to following languages (current situation):

English / French / German / Spanish / Portuguese /  Italian / Russian / Ukrainian / Polish / Dutch / Danish / Irish / Swedish / Norwegian / Finnish / Greek / Estonian / Latvian / Lithuanian / Czech / Slovac / Hungarian / Romanian / Slovenian / Albanian / Turkish / Thai  / Arabic-Tunesia-Algeria-Israel / Croatia / Hebrew

                                              

  OPERATOR mode
It is similair like kiosk mode, but contains also button ID Photo which is in kiosk mode (on purpose) not available for end-user. Whole program algorithm is faster in operator mode (composed from fewer steps) for more flexible operation at Photo Studio.

 Modul ID is designed for fast ID photo production. If you insert memory card from digital camera to Easyphopto card reader and than you press button "ID photo" at menu - all preset layouts are displayed, so one can choose the layout, modify zoom of picture and print fast whole composition.  Sizes of ID pictures can be set acc. to requirements / habits in each country, for example :     

4 passport EU photo 3.5x4.5cm + 1 bigger photo
6 passports EU photos
8 passports EU photos (4 + 4 different = economy solution)
4 photos 5x5cm
8 photos 3x4cm
4 photos 6x4cm
8 photos 3x3,5cm  etc.

Program for creation of Photoalbums - customer selects size of Easyalbum 10x15 / 15x20 / 15x23,  he loads his pictures, he selects type of backgrounds he likes / picture to be on the first page and he enters Title of Easyalbum  ....  the rest does program automatically. Finally customer can preview finished layout and if he is satisfied with result, single photo pages are printed.  Later these photo pages are sticked into Easyalbums.

There are 3 sizes of Easyalbums and 3 colors of Easyalbums - grey, white and beige.

 Program Mosiac make multi-split possible / it means, customerīs picture is splited into smaller parts, and these parts are printed on the format  10x15 or 15x23cm, which are installed on Easyphoto (printer CP9550DW-S) ". Menu of program offers following types of large-scale  mosaic posters :

Mosaic 20 x 30 cm - compound of 4 photos (10x15cm)
Mosaic 30 x 40 cm - compound of 8 photos (10x15)
Mosaic 30 x 46 cm - compound of 4 photos (15x23)
Mosaic 45 x 92 cm - compound of 12photos (15x23)
Mosaic 75 x 115 cm - compound of 25 photos (15x23)

 		 Program Collage includes many types of patterns, to which one can insert his selected images. For example one can insert  1-6 images into patterns format 10x15cm, 1-9 images into patterns prepared for format 15x23.
One can additionally rotate with inserted images at preview of collage / change color of background .. this all for perfect result. Program contains  sufficient quantity of various patterns :

15 patterns for format 10x15 and selected 3 images
7 patterns for format 15x23 and 6 selected images
9 patterns for format 15x23 and 4 selected images
etc. .....

 		 Module Greetings is based on program frames - customer can insert his image into many of preset decorative frames, BUT  "Greetings" contains even integrated TEXT.

Customer can insert any text into Greetings, inserted text and color of font can be changed still after that ... one can modify text so long as it fits to whole composition.

Single Greetings are in separate theme groups (folders) - like Birth, Birthday, Graduation .... all what people used to celebrate and might be accompanied with suitable "Greetings" .. so one has to select first theme group and than single type of Greetings.

Module for creation of plenty various calendars composed from calendar pattern and customerīs image.
Patterns are stored (as Greetings) in separate Theme groups - Christmas, Weddings, Baby etc.

Customer can create not only one-sheet annual calendars (12 months on one sheet 10x15 or 15x23) but he can insert 12 images into 12 month patterns and this set of 12 monthly calendars to print instant and than to stick it into prepared " EasyCalendars"  .. so result is wonderfull table calendar !
New program enabled to create so called "school or birthday calendars" , for example  September 2011 - August 2012.
 User can select any month of the year like starting one, not only calendars January - December like it was up to now.

If you have Easyphoto and you need faster printing, more print sizes, more editing options, scanning of films or pictures, there is prepared smart solution by Mitsubishi :  TERMINAL MODE, which upgrades Easyphoto, but one can use 100% of all parts of Easyphoto, no investment is lost.


Terminal mode enables to connect Easyphoto + Click - it means that terminal Easyphoto serves like Order Station for Click.
You can install Click at the studio where you produce ID photos  / portraits and Easyphoto on the counter ( running at kiosk mode with menu language selection) with easy acces for end-user.
Customers can load, prepare their images and when final order is finished, complete order is transferred from Easyphopto to Click.

 Printer from Easyphoto fits perfectly as additional printer where you can install for example format 13x18 / paper roll width 13cm), so you can simultaneously print all formats 10x15, 13x18, 15x21/23 .....
